Trail-Stop Recon
At $8 per night, these are great hiker/biker campsites along the Oregon Coast Trail. While the area is open, individual sites are buffered by tall manzanita. Each site has a picnic table and close by is this great locker structure with benches and USB charging.
Sitka Sedge Natural Area- Oregon Coast
Opened in 2018, one of the coast's newer Natural Area stops, Sitka Sedge State Natural Area made for a very pleasant afternoon's walk-about. The day use area has a moderate amount of parking--expect your car to be in the sun-- vault toilet restrooms, a couple benches, A BICYCLE REPAIR STATION!
