I’m on the trail again. I started at Woodpecker again but headed north to Timberline Lodge. I hit the PCT at mile 2027 and did a whopping 5 miles to get to our favorite Jeff Park campsite. Walking through the burn was pretty ugly, but it went quickly and I was out of it just before the Whitewater junction. All the creeks and springs were flowing except the glacial melt creek here at camp. I don’t know if it diverted off the other side or what. Well, I only have 65 miles to the lodge and 3.5 days to get there.
